HIG, along with a private investor, made an all-cash purchase of a partially torn-down and distressed home on the best street in Indian Wells, CA.  HIG designed and redeveloped the property from a small, dilapidated ranch home into a 3,300 SF modern architectural showcase. HIG sold the home in March of 2012 in an all-cash transaction to a high-net-worth end user.
