HIG was approached by a successful bar and restaurant group for a new concept for HIG's 75th street site in Old Town Scottsdale. Impressed by the high-concept, innovative ski lodge-bar concept​, HIG signed a 5-year lease with a cancellation clause in favor of HIG in case of future development of the 75th Street Condo project. HIG had no out of pocket tenant improvement costs.  The Lodge has become one of the most successful bars in Scottsdale with nearly $2.5 MM in sales, and is the top grossing location for the dining group's entire portfolio.
